Car would not shift into gear and tail lights stayed on at half brightness blinking even when car was turned off. That drained battery. Changed brake light switch and new 12V battery and that got the car to shift into gear but then the traction light on the dash stays on and no windows work. Window fuses under dash are good. So, why don't my windows roll down? It is a 2014 Prius V

if you hold the drivers window switch down, the window won't go down?

what does the new battery measure at the 12v jump point under the hood with the car off?

Held down drivers window switch for 30 sec as well as up for 30 sec. Did same for all 4 windows. Nothing happens. New 12V Battery is fine based on voltage. Drove 400 miles on it. OBD (Torque App) says all is good with zero faults.

One more thing: Used to be if the headlights were on they would turn off when I turned off the car and locked the doors with my key fob. Now the headlights will stay on even if I turn off the car and lock the doors using the key fob. I will list this question in a separate post.
