Hello, I recently replaced the cv axle on both side, inner and outer tie rods, sway bar links, lower ball joints, rotors and pads, transmission fluid and wheel hubs.
I noticed when I took it for a test drive it drives forward and back fine with no noises UNTIL I turn to the left or right and go forward or backwards then it makes a loud grinding noise but no popping noise can be heard while driving and there doesn't seem to be any hang ups when driving.
Anyone that might be able to give advise on where to start besides taking everything off and starting over?

Wheel hubs—did you replace the bearings in OEM hub/knuckle or get a new bearing-hub assembly? Have you taken it in for alignment yet? Total suspension rebuild needs alignment—I would just take it in and also tell them about the noise, they can probably figure it out. Otherwise…visual check, retorque…

Everything was replaced but I did find my issue, I put the outer tie rods on the wrong sides but I do have it scheduled for an alignment tomorrow morning that’s if my hybrid battery did not fail as it’s the original and the car is at 211k miles

Check the brake backing plate (brake heat shield) first, it might have signs of touching the braking disk during the turn.
