Replacing rear camera on Prius 2016 trim 4

    I have a brown spot showing up in my view screen. I cleaned the lens on the camera, and the brown spot (almost looks like oil in color) still is there and not any lighter or smudged. This lens is sealed, front and back, so that if oil dripped on it, it would not get in. Right? Just get an OEM camera from Seems re-install is simple, take out the screws, unhook the harness, and rehook, put screws back and that is it. Right? Appreciate any answers. Regards, Millard
