New Prius owner bought a 2005 and am digging into various maintenance items. This is what Dr Prius says about the HV battery. It moves around, up and down. Looks like one block is consistently low. Ideas? Thanks I’m advance.

Well it's original it's like over 20 years old so you know getting that time past that time somebody might have put a rebuilt battery in a few years ago and it's heading to be that time again.

You've got a 0.16 V voltage difference which is nothing at all to worry about. The scale of the graph just makes it look like something.

Having said that, you actually need to test the battery while driving and need to do both a hard acceleration (0 - 70) and hard braking from speed to a complete stop (70 - 0) all the while recording all the data points to really know what the state of that battery is.

If you buy the paid app version it will give you a bit more insight but as @dolj said, unless you’re experiencing problems, don’t worry, be happy.
