As in, the magic of I have to sleep sometime and there are 20 modules to performance review how they REACTED to the multiple drains to 6 volts at lesser and lesser amp loads (which, it turns out, worked far better than draining to 3 volts with no risk of damage to the modules that is present by going under 6 volts)

I guess I COULD have done the two steps in sequence, mod 1 drain to 6, over and over, then tested capacity, still would have taken a week, but by doing all the drains first, then the tests, I achieved my GOAL of ALSO getting a LEAK DOWN test which indeed found ONE MODULE that LEAKS ALL ITS POWER if it sits for a week, and that would have played havoc in my car

a company that makes a nicad regen machine finds itself left out in the cold when industry departs nicad for nimh, which has no crystal issues like nicad does, so they themselves IV&V and INDEPENDENTLY VERIFY Lmao their own nicad product as not being a dinosaur and having a place in NIMH.

you need to scroll up and read about nimh crystals and coherent twin boundaries (page 3 here)
the crystals do not impede the battery, the corrosion of the coherent twin boundaries does.
removing any naturally forming crystals will NOT remove the corrosion of the coherent twin boundaries

to prevent that corrosion, you must PROACTIVELY remove the crystals as they are created, as in while driving your car or routinely pulling the pack out and servicing each module on some schedule, good luck with that (that assumes a method even exists to remove the crystals)

cause you know, they have the same chemical process as lead acid lol

i didnt bother reading it, searches for the word LEAD returned hits, searches for nickle cadmium nicad nimh, nothing, RESEARCH BEFORE YOU POST SOLUTIONS

If the BRT10 process works then just go buy and lead acid charger that has a DE-SULFATION mode cause thats all the brt10 does, de-sulfates lead plates. clue it wont work on nickel based lol
