Was AC disconnected the gas lines to it . ?? Codes. I had same after engine replacement . Was HV battery sitting too long corrosion on bus bars etc.. swapped almost all issues vanished. Left AC unplugged 1 week whilst I got car running perfectly . The plugged AC back up and flipped switch compressor came to life . Ice cold . HV battery had no power to run AC I guess. New battery runs it fine.

No ac gas lines were disconnected. Swap was done in two days. I’ve read where it could be hybrid fuse to hvac system. Or connection somewhere.

Okay so the air conditioner was apart and now it's got gas back in it up to spec or we don't know yet? My air conditioner the compressor was just unbolted and set aside the engine and transmission was lifted out the new engine transmission was set in the compressor was bolted back to the new engine. And of course the air compressor orange plug on the back high voltage plug was unplugged.

I guess it depends on whether 14alan meant "No, ac gas lines were disconnected" (as in, they were), or "No ac gas lines were disconnected" (as in, they weren't).

It looked to me like it meant they weren't. But it's one of those things where a little punctuation makes a big difference.

Yes I was getting serious codes and the HV battery was draining the minute I plugged up the compressor seemingly even if it wasn't on more on that in a minute so to get the car running which was way more important than air conditioning in February I left the orange plug to the compressor unplugged dangling not hanging in water or anything stupid just dangling in the air started the persona the car in question The battery wouldn't drain and the lines looked pretty normal I was able to back up the car burp the cooling system get everything running and actually drive the car with the air conditioner not plugged up everything on the car was working I just left it loose and unplugged by mistake for a few days because it was cold out nobody was running the air I actually kind of forgot about it during the time while I was forgetting about the air conditioning The car's performance was kind of poor so it was my bright idea to take the black panel off the top of the ATV battery undo the nuts on one side and lift up the case a little so I could at least see the bus bars at face out the hatch direction upon doing that I noticed all the nuts were frosted and the bus bars were black I didn't even try to stick my fluke probes in there. And take any readings. I immediately started thinking oh geez $3,000 for another battery 3/4 of the way through the pandemic so I had seen a battery rack on eBay from a guy in Virginia. When I called him up it turned out to be this business up in Fairfax called the hybrid doctor I was talking to a foreigner on the phone who seemed really nice and extremely knowledgeable and he cut me a deal over the phone that would be equivalent to the eBay deal and would either meet me halfway or whatever I'm coming from North Carolina to Virginia I have a brother in Bethesda Maryland. So we drove up to the hybrid doctor's place the shop in the little strip mall He had a complete setup in there that was nice decent looking all foreign guys that could barely speak English but they knew what they were doing The owner of the place was in Las Vegas at an electric vehicle show Great He called me and told me the guy you're talking to is my right hand man he is the guy He fixed me up with a complete battery in a case not just a rack charged up ready to go and handed it to me set it in the back of my gen 2 and said here you go you're ready buddy for your generation 3 I handed him the old one. Drove back to North Carolina with the new made up battery and it's been in there for about 2 years I haven't tried to kill it and it's doing very well I'm very happy 650 bucks

When I returned installed the new battery drove the car around for about I don't know 30-40 minutes I stopped at a regular spot that I'm at and I plugged up the air conditioning compressor while the car was running but the air not on when I plugged up the air conditioner nothing seemed to happen pretty uneventful and then I didn't put the air conditioner on until I started moving forward and when I did I heard the inverter come on and air start blowing out the vents cold and my HV battery gauge stayed solid so I knew something looked correct and sounded correct and it's never missed a beat since very cold sight glass does what it's supposed to and all that.
