A fingertip pulse oximeter, thought to have malfunctioned because it couldn't tell CO from O₂?

Yep; The medical grade units specifically warns about this, within the operations manuals. Who reads manuals nowadays - If it ain't on tic-tock or twitter; it doesn't exists.......

LoL; you should see the looks I get from these kids I'm asked to train, when I hand them a service manual. It's like I gave them a stone tablet from the Flintstones cartoon series....LoL I personally prefer paper manuals; so I can put notes in the margins and fold back important pages. I know you can lay down electronic "bread-crumbs", but unless my office burns down - I'll always have a hard-copy. Unlike the 3 hard-drives I've lost over the past 10 years.

as someone who has slept in their Prius through a few countries and 49 US states. here is where I ended up..

i started with the window socks which work great and keep the air circulating, just in the rain, they arent so useful especially in heavy rain. my toyota prius stealth window covers

after that the blackout shades were a game changer although they dont allow much ventilation during rains not as bad as the window sox.. toyota prius blackout window covers.

now I have rain guards and with the blackout shades they have been the perfect match for me, you could also put the sox over the rain guards to get you where you are trying to be IMO.. my toyota prius low profile rain guards

Sure wish they made those low profile visors for Gen2 Prius they look real nice!

The PriusChat store sold sun shades for 8 windows of Gen2 Prius a decade ago. But no more... Glad I bought them when I had the chance. I've always wanted to upgrade them to black out style on the non-reflective side.

What type of material did you use to make your black out shades rigid?
