    On cross country drives, blowing passed them like they're standing still, democrats who think they can go cross country in their toaster oven car, it's always exactly the same expressions our befuddled Jethro had on his face, doing his guzzintas: jaws gone slack, limping 50 mph incipient to running out of go-go-juice, leaning forward against their seat belts, staring down at their range counter, in abject terror, disbelief.

    No two ways about it, America's swallowed a stupid pill. Never have I been passed, by an electric vehicle, on a cross-country drive - Samuel, '04 Ruthiemobile.
