Got a 2016 Prius Two with no GPS. Is there any way to add a module to enable GPS on the existing screen?

Replace the radio head unit. But that is likely to get you a map that is 7 years old.

MUCH better to just use a "real" stand-alone GPS that you can update free.
Or just use a GPS app on your phone.

IF…..I was to replace the head unit, can I update the maps in it? And at what price?

Toyota map updates are traditionally very expensive, each one more than a nice Garmin with lifetime free updates.

I was afraid of that. Guess I’ll just keep using my Garmin with FREE map updates. “Stealerships” are such a ripoff!

I don't think the Nav update pricing is a "stealership" matter, it is a Corporate matter.

    I think it is both.
My bet is that the dealer gets a huge markup.......like 100%.

Your best option is find a double DIN aftermarket head unit. Many offer wireless Carplay and Android auto so you don't have to worry about updating maps. With the right wire harness you can keep your steering wheel controls. Can be installed diy or at a best buy or car s to stereo place.
