This is my 2007. I changed out the MFD and then the next day, I puleed it in the garage and got it up on jack stands and pulled the clip from the battery and put the 12 v battery on charge. Then I replaced the ABS actuator (a used one) and plugged the battery back in in preparation to use TS to bleed the brakes. The car would not show ANY signs of life. NOTHING! the SKS fobs are working however as the doors will lock and unlock and the proximity features of unlocking/locking the doors is working. Voltage in the front measures over 13 volts ( when charging). No problems with the fusable link. I checked the fuse blocks A and B and all looks good. I checked ALL fuses and made sure there is 12 v going trough each fuse, espectially the DOME fuse ( I have been told to check this first). Lights are working, but no power is getting to where the car would go into accessory mode or Ready mode. I replaced all relays with known good ones. I replaced the POWER switch and I replaced the Park switch. I replaced the FOB slot. When the FOB is in the slot, the car is beeping its usual sound. When I pull out the FOB from the slot, the blinking RED car with the key ( security system?) onthe dash is active.

I pulled out the dash to inspect for any connectors or damage to wires and found nothing amiss.

What am I missing here? TIA!!!

What do you mean by this?
    Which "clip" and which "battery"?

I meant the 12 volt battery connector was pulled before I started the ABS replacement.

    Hi PapaWill,

I am just curious whether you have found a solution to your "No Start, No Accessory Mode and No Ready Mode" problem. I own a 2007 Prius and am experiencing the same problem that you have described in your original post. I also checked the 12 volt battery and it appeared to be in good shape.

    Thank you,
    CyberET

YES! It was a b#tch! I went through every connection that I touched, and even some that I did not touch and I found the bad connector... all of the wires were not making contact on the PARKING switch. There are 4 wires in this connector and I found a poor or intermittant connection when I started wiggling and putting pliers on it. So I cut the wires and soldered in a new connector and all worked fine!
    Good Luck!
