(sorry for my English, I'm already learning it. sorry if I had any mistake.)
I have a issue with JBL Greenedge head unit.
Apps, bluetooth, Audio, USB and Phone not working, but Radio and CD works properly.

Greenedge . Must be a market thing . Do you see the cars Bluetooth trying to communicate with your phone? Do you have a factory owner's manual? Lots of these things are covered It's like connecting most other Bluetooth things to your phone or tablet or what have you something should be happening I don't know of any issues where these things are just broke but I guess it's possible. On eBay and places like that you'll find plenty of these head units or some fact simile thereof from the breaker yards there should be plenty as many of these cars are put down early for various and sundry issues. Where are you located?

It came with the 2012 Gen 3 refresh for the JBL audio systems.

I have kind of wondered about compatibility, as I've picked up a 2012 head unit I might one day try to put in my 2010. Of course it says GreenEdge on it, but I'm hoping most of the differences were in the amp and speakers, so the headunit just driving the inputs of my old amp might not care about the difference.
