The speaker blew out, one on the door near the floor. Is this a woofer? What should I look for when shopping for a new speaker, what will fit? And do you have any recommendations under $100? I'm a music enthusiast so something that sounds decent but still affordable.

Look on crutchfield for fit info. In my older Prius I've 6.5 infinity branded. Mid drivers the fit right in. I drilled out old riveted in drivers bought the Prius door spacers and used screws to mount. Didn't have a rivet gun at the time or I couldn't find it so I just use sheet metal screws with zip tape in between the spacer and the screws to help with some vibration and they're still in place working well full rubber surrounds and all.

The Toyota spec speakers are shown here:

I'd speculate with your 2010 being level "one", it'd be the third option, part number:

    86160-47070

But you should verify by looking at what you've got.

Note: there's "suggested retail" price, but if you click on specific dealership links, you'll see their "street" price, typically lower.

As far as your speculation that it's a woofer, it's gonna be a full range speaker, possibly coaxial.

The part no I posted above may be just a "tweeter", indicated thus here:

The other two options (in previous link) are more likely then. If you're just replacing the failed one, for sure pull it out first and look for it's part number, hopefully it's marked. To ensure the two fronts match.

This is why I use crutchfield right regularly to quickly look up without taking all my panels off as I was just replacing the front door speakers in my '09 Prius or it might have been an '07 and the Infinity mid base drivers were the perfect match as far as I was concerned to put there and to do that you buy these plastic spacers that you can get at Walmart or online and you offer that up to the door and you see what you have to do to make it go there and then pop your door panel back on that takes care of that If there are six by nines anywhere in the car the crutchfield site will tell you where they are I just did my front doors and I also replaced the tweeters and their respective places on the other side of the side mirrors with silk dome something another's.
