Blinking Park light, all Dash lights on, only goes in Neutral

    Help! My OBD port doesn't seem to work, all dash lights on. The car ran completely fine yesterday. Now when I power it on, it will only go into neutral. Also, it doesn't power off immediately. I have to keep trying the power button and it eventually turns off. Very strange.

    I tried jumping it, battery is 1 year old Toyota brand reading 12.2v. When I power it on, it stays at 12.2v so no inverter power.

    Had a guy with this problem recently... He had a fuseable link that failed. Once he addressed that the car and the OBD2 port worked again.

    Thank you. I'm an idiot who forgot that my scanner was not bluetooth paired to my new phone. It turned out to be inverter codes!
