had anyone figure out any way to relocate the backup cam? I keep a bike rack on the car and it partially blocks it as it is.

There are review mirror mounted, dash cams that look forward and backward. They won't have the fine curb detection of a purpose one but 'maybe?'

I suspect there are also remote ones that could be mounted high on the rear window and wireless connect to a display unit. A kinds of mobile, outdoor, security camera.

I saw several after market options, but none of them can use the stock display which is what owners tend to look and it is also much bigger than any aftermarket screens. I wonder if this can be some how hacked to do so. Like replacing the existing camera by rewiring it to an after market camera that I mount else where. In theory it should work, unless the signal is digital or encrypted?
