P0A80 yellow Triangle with check hybrid system

hello ladies and gentlemen,

i kindly request from all of you that please read all my story and give me your valuble tips or advice, also want to thank you again to speend your time for this.

i am arjuna from sri lanka, and i have a 2012 toyota prius car, seems very good with everything's, and last year 2022 october suddenly i got some error on my dashboard saying check hybrid system, it has run out almost 168,000KM so far. after i got error i called my technician who worked and experiance with hybrid system. when he was checked the hv battry with his OBD saw last block was 2V is less than others, means rest all volt is 16v range but 14th block is only 14v. so after like he said i was brought 2 modules and we are ready to replace for them instead.

after that he take out the hv battry then we saw bad corrosion on the bus bars, then we clean up everything. after we discharge and recharge the each cells and checked the each cell volatage, seems everything pretty fine, then he said no need to replace them it happend becouse of the bad corrosion, so after we re assmeble the battry pack, and run like week, then i saw few days ago again same problum and some time yellow engine mark with check hybrid system error, ever we check with OBD we can see the module power range are same no different only different each cells are 0.2V or some are almost same.

the other things is the fule consumptions still are the best, in mountaint it work ave. 18kmpl, normal road 30-35kmpl and down hill almost 50-6-kmpl. i am not sure is there is hv module, or any powerline issue or any other, with this i will attached my obd reader chart,

also want to inform that, 12V battry is in good health( i would like to know how much voltage should be out in 12V battry) also clean hybrid cooling fan and intake.
