Please help…..I Need Wiring Diagrams for 2007/2008 Hatchback

I think the SKS might ad wiring But the plugs are all different? I'll have to go out and look I have an '09 and an o five here The short nose and the later model my '05 is stripped and I can see the wiring but I think it has the buttons already so it was SKS although it wasn't working when I was running the car I would find that strange that even the two cars in the same year 2 05s one SKS with backup and one without SKS. Would have completely different wiring but I guess it's possible

 

You are welcome to the SKS connectors or rear hatch connectors of my '05 SKS parts car It's loaded had navigation I think and backup camera I have to go look I'm not sure but I think so It had a fog lights and everything It's sitting right here.

 

In the rear of my SKS car looking up at the hatch with the cover off to the right of the sticker for the wiring harness there is a white plug taped up never been used probably the original plug that goes for non SKS so I would think the wiring for SKS would be taped up and not used in the base model I have pictures but I don't know how to post them here I don't think but you're welcome to the harness

 

I'm in Central North Carolina right next to the city of medicine which is Durham where Duke University is One of those ivy league colleges parents try to aspire to afford for their children.

 

Like I say if you look to the right of the sticker for the wiring harness for the rear hatch I have a plug that's taped there I'm guessing that plug is being used in your car and the SKS plugs if we'll call them that are taped to the harness and not used would be my guess.

So these or actually on hatch not under headliner at center upper roof?. The bottom pic looks like what's taped up on mine shoot me an email to the address above and I'll send you the pictures of mine with all the numbers attached and you can figure out whether you can use it I'm sure it will work I will unplug it at the headliner pull it through and send the whole mess or I can whack off the plugs with wire and send that to you doesn't matter to me no problem I can never get pictures to post here

You might consider pulling the camera out and figuring out what part number it is and what car it's from. If the harnesses are different, then I don't know if the camera is compatible.

So again to be clear when you remove the hatch off your 2007 base car you undid the bolts at the top of the hatch under the headliner and you unplugged the rear hatch right there under the headliner undid the little rubber boots and pulled the plugs through picked up the old hatch dropped it on the ground next to the car You put the newer hatch on reversing that process and the plugs that are above the headliner do not match up to the car? I find that highly improbable. Or are you saying further down the line on the back of the hatch where the other plugs are that go to the camera the backup lights any door buttons etc they don't plug up down there? I would think no matter what you have the plugs up under the headliner would be correct no matter what options you have I have both of those cars here and '09 and an '05 unfortunately the '05 and '09 here are both SKS cars but they do have the two plugs you're showing me in the pictures down below taped to the black corrugated or taped wiring harness way down the line level with the button you push to open the hatch I don't know how that plug would get all the way back up to the headliner usually the plugs under the headliner will fit all the cars I didn't think that ever got changed until they went to the generation 3 or another model which that's what that was.

 

Yes you can pull the boots up and pull the plug to the top of the roof if you will but yeah I can't imagine the plugs being different they usually the same plugs and have more wires they usually the same plugs and have all the wires in place and then those wires are livened up when fuses are inserted in the fuse box or whatever goes on I can't wait to see this this is an America right? Very interesting I've got a bunch of hatches and quite a few cars here I think there's a non SKS here but personally I've not seen a rear hatch without the little silly spoiler above the glass or if I have I don't remember it so that is interesting that is a base base I didn't even know that existed quite interesting so the spoiler wasn't ripped off that hatch it just doesn't come on it. Well I'll have to go Google that now just to see what that looks like
