    Also saw a short (on YouTube) of a black 23 in Japan, in the wild (a parking lot) and it had a different style of window visors, but they were there.

    Has anyone else also seen that or know where to get those visors?

    Not at all. They are attached to the window frame of the doors so no interference at all.
