Triangle of Death, Brake light, all warning lights, no codes

That's what the car does to protect itself from you ignoring the warning lights and continuing to do more driving, which will likely cause more damage.

If no codes are showing it's probably because your code reader isn't handling hybrid specific error codes.

What app or software and hardware are you using?

 

Try car scanner app... It will tell you more than others. And if that doesn't give you anything Toyota Techstream will.

Also it's not recommended to always have your OBD2 plugged in. There's discussions on here about people who've done that who have had it screw up their car when the OBD2 glitched out. I suspect because most OBD2 run a bit hot that over time that heat causes it to fail.

 

Torque and Dr Prius are useful apps but both are very limited in what they can do. You might consider getting a more capable scantool (whatever happened hasn't "fixed itself" - it will likely reoccur.)

Was helping someone out today and couldn't get error codes with Dr. Prius so again installed "Car Scanner App Elm" and watched it scan and was yet again very impressed with how thorough that app is... The way it displays what it's scanning while its working is very comforting if you want to leave no stone unturned. That being said, Toyota Techstream on an old Windows computer via a pirated mini-VCI dongle & software for $35 is the last and final option.

 

Car Scanner is a decent app - for a Gen 3 or Gen4. On a Gen2 it can only get some codes and data for ECM, hybrid control, and HV battery ecu's.

If you spend a "little" more money you can get lots more functionality.

Yes, Techstream is still "the best", but I don't keep a laptop in the glovebox.
