I have uploaded phort for the red triangle screen and for the little red car screen. Dose any one have any idea what the main causes of that and what I should do

The graphic design does look a lot like that; you're not the first person to be fooled.

There's a little green car in the top corner of some of the pages you can view ... not all of the pages, but at least one has it. It's just part of the art for that page.

When your red triangle lights up, there is also a little warning overlay, with a red car, that appears on the screen over top of whatever was showing before:

    [IMG][IMG]

While the two versions are a little different, you can see how the one (which even has edge shading to look like it sticks out!) is partly covering the E in Energy Monitor, and the other is in a black banner that partly cuts off everything at the top of the screen.

The business about green car "turning" red is only what it looks like, if you happen to be looking at the page with the green car picture, when the red warning comes up over it. But the red warning will come up over whatever screen you're on.

It doesn't tell you anything special or different from what the red triangle tells you. Means the hybrid vehicle control ECU has detected a problem it's telling you about. There are around 200 possibilities, and there are trouble codes to tell them apart. A scan tool plugged into the car to read out the trouble codes will reveal why the triangle light and on-screen warning are there.
