    I called my Insurance today to find out the 'bad' news on my new 2023 Prius LE; I have State Farm, am a driver with over 40 years driving and only one 'incident' where I was rear ended back in 2020;

    100/500 Comprehensive- $ 0 deductible
    100/500 Collision- $ 100 deductible

    Old car- 2016 VW GTI- 6 month Premium $ 450
    New car-2023 Toyota Prius LE 6 month Premium $ 600

    This includes a -0- deductible AD&D policy as well, with $ 100k in Insurance.

    I think for ~ $ 25.00 more for my monthly premium, even with all the electronic bells and whistles not on my prior car, it's a great deal.

    How about others here? How much did your new premium go up?

    I'm paying slightly less than that for two cars; same limits. That is after my bill went up $100 every 6 months on my last renew - 2 year old Prime. The letter that came with my renew notice, stated that due to increasing expenses and unexpected payouts - probably related to CAT thieves and the high cost of replacement cars.
    More people just needs to park their car and work from home!! :(:notworthy::sick::ROFLMAO::p
