2011 prius Interior (dome and puddle) Lights

    Hello all
    I recently purchased a 2011 prius and have discovered none of the interior lights or map lights or vanity lights or cargo lights work, checked the fuses and the dome light switch and when placed in the door position or on position still no power, all is is fine no error codes or check engine light but there is VSC light steadily on only in the dash but all else works and displays fine. I jumped 12volts from a battery to the puddle lights and the all came on with a power source.
    any suggestion?

    get the trouble code for the vsc light. do you have 12 volts on both sides of the fuse?

    therei is no code for the vsc light displayed, my obd2 reader displays no trouble codes

    You need a Prius aware scanner, too many ecu’s for most.
    Tech stream is the gold standard, but there’s a couple others that will work.
    Search here for suggestions.

    New Prius owner troubleshooting interior lights issue: checked fuses and dome light switch, no power. VSC light on dash, but no other issues. Jumped 12 volts to puddle lights, they work. Seeking suggestions or insights. Thanks!
