    I use Spritmonitor, which takes into account both volume of fuel and kWh of electricity.

    The reason it only gets 3 stars though is because people find it way too burdensome to set up separate secret codes & user ID because if you have to have 2 or 3 dozen apps with individual identities? What a hassle.
