Not sure why but my Gen 2 with 200K miles on it has a strange feeling when pressing down on the gas pedal. It feels almost like it's struggling to accelerate. It also has a weird sound from the engine it feels like when I am pushing down on the pedal.
I have replaced the valve cover, new spark plugs a few hundred miles ago, inverter coolant pump has been replaced, cleaned the MAF sensor a few summers ago, regular oil changes, PCV valve replaced two summers ago, hybrid battery fan cleaned, all fluids are full (but have never flushed and filled any of them before only oil), any ideas?

Run good software and see what your battery and all is looking like You need a good battery in these cars I'm talking about the HV battery that has a lot to do with how your gas pedal feels and the car moves and all that at 200,000 mi something's been done or needs to be done more than likely.

Post Dr. Prius screen shots during hard acceleration and also during hard regenerative braking. This will give you an idea of the condition of the HV battery..

How to do this during hard acceleration? Like 0-60? How to do it with regen braking? Thanks so much.

Since the most recent thing you touched was the spark plugs let's start with that. Which spark plugs did you put in? Check the coil packs, both that they are seated correctly and that the electrical connectors are all the way in. Hook up techstream or a capable OBD2 dongle/software combination and check the live data. I have never seen the packs on a Prius but if they are like many cars there is a rubber boot down at the bottom which fits around the plug. If that boot breaks up on the way up or down, and you don't clean up the mess the rubber chunks can prevent the pack from seating properly.
