USB-C Shuffle Play of Complete Genre/Artists 'Folders'

    Having issues with 'Shuffle Play' of my USB-C music; it works fine for any 'album', but not for 'Complete Artists/Genre Folders'. Have yet to find a way to 'Select Complete Folder' at any level, then be able to use 'Random/Shuffle' to play various artists/albums within same. With the 2016 Gen-3 Prius, I could 'Select Any Folder Level', then 'Shuffle Play' through all albums/artists within same. Not sure if this problem is due to different 'Gracenote' software, or something the Toyota Engineers changed? Hopefully whatever the cause/reason, one of them can resolve same by initiating a 'revision/update' and 'Download' same.

    Update: Since posting above, found some 'great tips/directions' w/photos at Club Lexus site; have yet to try suggested method to 'Randomly Play' throughout all Folders/music on USB stick, but will try same tomorrow.

    Because I'm still new to this forum, system will not allow me to include actual 'link', but here is the 'Wording' so anyone can research same if they wish.
