Memory seat doesn't save correct vertical position

I use the maximum vertical seat height. Memory seat works for horizontal position and thigh rest position and kind of works for the vertical position but it won't go to maximum height when pressing the memory seat button. It will go up vertically to a bit lower than what I set it to (maximum).

Not sure if there is a vertical limit for the memory seat or its supposed to go to the maximum height of the seat. Can someone test if theirs would go all the way up by memory seat button.

I did but it's the same. Also weird that the video says the saved seats would clear after re-calibration but mine do not clear.

 

I found this in the manual:

The seat position may not be recalled in some situations when the seat position is recorded in a certain range. For details, contact your Toyota dealer.

Wonder what that range is. If someone could test if they can recall a seat set to the maximum height that would be great.

 

Would you be able to test in yours if you set the memory to max seat height if it would return to that height or if it stops below reaching the max height?
