    Out of curiosity, and if you can, I'd weight that R4P spare and see how much it weighs. It doesn't sound like it'll be much lighter, if at all. I couldn't find a weight for it online.

    Not sure if weighing that particular spare would be very useful, as that rim has a completely different tire on it (more suited to a rav4P) than I would need or use for a priusP. And the bigger tire adds a considerable amount of weight.

    I can find tire weight online, can't seem to find OEM spare tire weight online for some reason. I was mostly curious.
