Possible Battery Problem. Any Experience with Lazarus Reconditioning on Long Island?

    Yes, the pictures are the engine water pump. That is the correct pump to change for a P148F code. The picture of the impeller looks good. That's not what I was expecting for a pump with code P148F.

    Did you ever have the high temperature coolant warning light come on? How many miles on the car?

    Do you still get the same message on the screen when you try to start it?

    Did the mechanic use a scan tool to check for trouble codes? Is there any warning lights on the screen when you try to start it?

    Did the mechanic try to jump-start the car?

    He has changed the battery etc.
    it is still saying the same thing about not being in park

    C20 309 code coming out. He’s now changing fuses and disconnecting battery etc

    Is the trouble code C2309? If so, then the P Con main fuse needs to be removed and then put back in. I do not know off hand where this fuse is located at.

    What is the voltage of the 12v battery now with a meter?

    The 12V battery is now up up to like 12.3 or something. So it's not that. My mechanic told me he has cancer and his getting chemo (!) and he has to go to bed too, so I went home and will go back in the morning. Thank you for all your help today and I hope you sleep well.

    Hopefully he will figure it out so I can get up to see my daughter at camp!

    Thanks for asking. The situation is the same except that I said I wanted to have it towed to a guy that knew more about Prius but then that guy said he couldn't look at it til Monday so I told my mechanic to keep trying and cried. Thank you also for this video which is not in English but I sent it to my mechanic anyway.
