I need to know the brightest headlights I can purchase for my 2010 Prius Hybrid Gen 3. I'm having trouble seeing at night!

Auxbeam S1 series You need to also make sure your lights are aimed correctly I don't know if your car's ever been in an accident or anything about it from here but generally when you install LEDs in a lot of these vehicles you need to crank your headlight adjuster down about 5 to 7 turns then you'll see the cut off appear on your garage door and you set the cut off at what it's supposed to be set off the ground for your particular area model car whatever You can look up what you set your headlights at on Google it'll explain how to do it You're going to be parked back from your garage door so many feet on your flat driveway so on and so forth after you put the bulbs in etc or you take it over to Firestone and let them do it.

I've been running the Lasfit LS Plus series for 3 years now. They are certainly quite bright. I did not have to make any adjustments when I switched the stock bulbs out, and I find that they are still aimed correctly with a sharp cut-off line.

There are brighter replacements available, but they also get a lot hotter. This particular series has very aggressive cooling system (you can actually hear the whine of the fan once you roll down the windows) that helps keep the LED chips running relatively cool. Car Light Reviews performs reasonably objective tests that he posts to Youtube, and maintains a spreadsheet of his results here.

Are the lens's clean? Or fogged up?

I don't see any brick-and-mortar locations stocking those lights; they would have to be ordered online through eBay (low beam | high beam) or directly from the Lasfit website (low beam | high beam).

As an alternative, Autozone does stock Sylvania LED bulbs (low beam | high beam) for about the same price ($100/pair). I don't own them, and wasn't able to find reviews objectively comparing them to other popular headlights, so I cannot attest to their performance.
