Anybody using a lithium hybrid battery for your Gen 2 in Europe?

If yes, how's it going and where did you buy it from?

You talking about Jack's battery I guess now that's pretty much gone He's moved to some sodium business or what have you I don't think they'll be continuing with the project lithium but I could be wrong and I don't know anybody that has them in Europe.

You can get a gen3 or newer 3 row Prius v/+/alpha with a Toyota engineered lithium battery and appropriate safety and reliability safeguards.

A gen 3 rack of modules squeezed up with the white end plates in the bolts can go in a generation too The rest of the case and whatnot cannot You need your generation 2 case with the front end the relays and whatnot from your original battery so usually guys that are using Gen 3 and Gen 4 racks just pull the rack assembly the 56 volt holding the bottom tray on and all that and move that over to their case that belongs in their car The fan and everything is different location on the gen 3 case and yes I was talking about the guy you linked the next power I think he's moved on to sodium battery chemistry now because of some problems with the other or something like that I have found buying the dealer battery turns out to be the smart thing generally speaking or if you're one of those on the fence type people you get a local battery guy to rebuild you something to the tune of four to $600 My battery guy has done really good by me so unless it's a keeper vehicle that I am keeping right here I will go the rebuilt battery route so far I've gotten like 2 years out of them a little longer even and that's reasonable for me for $400 that's what I pay here not six so to me that seems to be reasonable versus the $2,400 I paid out the door the last time I bought a factory battery and now that's gone up to somewhat around 3,000 plus so it will help you think of other alternatives unless the cars are real keeper than the real battery is worth it.

You can’t install a gen3 Prius +/v oem lithium in a gen2 or even in a gen3 that did not come with it. I was suggesting buy a lithium equipped gen3 if lithium is what you want. The oem lithium is packaged under the center console instead of the back and has a different battery management system.
