I have a 2013 prius 4 that hit 200k and things started going bad.

R Rear wheel hub started making sounds, and at the same time the brake pump and actuator went band( I suspected it was close to doing so) I went ahead and carefully replaced all the wheel hubs and then ordered a used pump and actuator, got that in and replaced and did all the stuff, ordered the obd2 and techstream setup to finish up.

Now the problem i am having is the brakes are working good again all but regen braking, but, the Christmas tree is still lit up and wont clear and my hazard lights are now flashing, i pulled codes and have a c1203 and 1345, i did the relearn on 1345 but it doent work when i try again and code still won't go away, did i get a bad actuator with bad ecb?

update, finally got all the codes to clear but the hazzard light thing is still happening and they came back within 5 min showing the rr abs sensor code, that doesnt make any sence, its a brand new hub and wiring looks great

Does the sensor wiring look great to your eyeballs, or look great to a multimeter?

You'll notice, if you follow the hub-replacement steps in the repair manual, that the skid ECU has an extra-sensitive sensor-check mode provided for use whenever hubs or sensors have been changed, so that any even slight problem gets caught right away, instead of calling the job complete and maybe getting a code later.

When you say the hazard light thing is happening, do you mean the flashing-at-rate-connected-to-road-speed thing? Or are the hazard lights doing some other thing?

It's possible for C1203 to be there only because the linear solenoid offset hasn't been learned yet. But it's also possible it can be there because the actuator/ECU came from a different model or trim, and after talking to your car's other ECUs it has decided "I don't belong here".

So a couple of the points in your post seem like they might depend on just where this used actuator came from and what condition it was in to start with.
