Black front emblem for 5th gen?

It looks good, if there is demand for this I could model this and 3d print with black ABS. It would not be shiny but I could customize it.

 

Sorry for the late reply. Appears emblems were mislabeled. My guess is from the original packer at Toyota warehouse or from Toyota's supplier. No mix up in the packaging from my side. The next time Toyota offers a 20%+ off sale, I will order the blacked out emblem that Lewis Toyota confirmed via a VIN #. Rear Black emblem P/N: 75403-47020

 

Am I reading correctly that #75440-47030 includes BOTH the front Toyota logo and the HEV emblem in black?

 

No, it's the blue circular bZ logo plus HEV letters for the back - a single piece.

 

Going back to this, there seemed like an obvious explanation, and checking video reviews confirms it.

In 2025 they changed all the trim badges to black.

So there's no difference between the trim badges between a Nightshade and a non-Nightshade 2025 model.

If you want black trim badges, take the 2025 versions, parts 75444-47220 to 47250.

When do the online dealerships usually run decent sales with free shipping? I’ll be buying front, back and HEV soon, but might can hold off a little while if it’s worth it.

Also, in the past I’ve used heavy strength fishing line to “cut through” the adhesive on emblems. Will that work for these as well? The back logo looks like a sticker almost…

and one final thing: I have a limited… can I change the silly silver/grey front bumper?

Fishing line will work. They use double-sided tape. I think the hood emblem also has one or two locating pins. Don't think the rear hatch emblems do.
