Maybe an auto-reply that says "due to free speech rights in this forum we are unable to have the same standards for rest of PriusChat and we will only address the most serious of concerns, not minor ones." ?

And why doesn't it exist on the Forums list on front page of website? Does anyone have a link to this alleged forum that none of us ever signed up for to silence dissent when it comes to free speech because Danny and hardworking unpaid moderator (who I'm grateful for) didn't want to deal with it?

I mean does that forum even exist anymore? According to Google it doesn't?

    Please offer some clarity!

PriusCamper must still have me on Ignore, after some previous, uh, "interactions". So he isn't seeing the image I posted showing exactly where it is shown on the Forums page.

    His loss, not mine.

No, but I was about to.

The day I learn that Danny has become an arm of the US government is the day I'll start worrying about whether Danny's in compliance with the amendment that forbids the government restricting my speech.

Up to a few months ago ((june or so?), there was the tiny little subhead everyone could see that led to politics. It disappeared after the last forum redo. Don't think it was intentional, or nefarious in it's disappearence. And it still shows if you are signed in and have access.

For me, all the better. While I have access, I seldom tred those shores as I think the quote below sums up my feelings about that area

There lies the difference. If you agreed to stay signed-in "always" you see stuff such as the politics link.

Being the paranoid sort I am set to never stay signed-in. So, I log-in only when I want to post. Rest of the time, I am signed out and things such as the politics link do not show. Well, lately, anyway. As I mentioned, the link used to show signed-in or not signed-in.

Because we're a Prius forum, not a political forum. Granted, policies do affect and overlap but most of the time, it's civil. FHoPol is there if you sign in and you opt in.

Was not this thread about a barber?

Sigh, Bob, I really miss El Patron. Heck, even Pepe Lopez!

Bisco posted the link and it was a dead link... It's also not listed on the Forums page? Does it still exist? How long ago was something posted to it?

It doesn't show up for me and when I clicked your link to it I get a dead page? Maybe I got banned from Fred's House of Politics for being too policitical? Oh well, as long as this forum continues to say: "Free Speech is your Friend here" then this forum is the best place for as many people as possible actually seeing it on this website.

If I'm not logged in, that link says "you must be logged in to do that".

If I am logged in, it says "oops, something went wrong. Page not found." Which, I presume, is because I have never asked (and am not now asking) to be allowed in.

On the other hand, in the Fred's House of Pancakes forum, at the very top, of the very first page, under the heading "Sticky Threads", the very first sticky thread at the very top of the list is the "FHOPolitics - read here to join" thread.

Weird. I also could’ve sworn you had access too but when I went into your profile, it was unchecked. So I gave you access back.
