    While I love the traffic jam assist feature, it does require the Drive Connect subscription to work. I get why, and so kept the subscription after the free trial. Alas I came to the conclusion it isn't worth it anymore and cancelled the subscription.

    It went a bit wonky. I cancelled it, they acknowledged it, and indeed the subscription stopped when they said it would, but then I still got another months bill! I've hunted for a contact on the Toyota website and I just get directed to the app, but the app says the subscription has stopped. I can't find a decent human contact on the website or app to get this sorted out. Any suggestions on who/where to call or email? Something glitched and should be easy to sort out if I can find a human.

    BTW, we're already approaching 45K miles on my PPPXP (Pretty Prius Prime XSE Premium) in a bit over two years and still think it is a great car. All electric around town and then a 10,000 MPH "charge rate" for road trips. We go on long road trips and it is a wonderful touring car.

    @VelvetFoot :

    :) Yea, that would get attention, probably not the attention I'd want! :)

    That's how I opted out.
    Then again, I never opted in.
