    They've been saying "solid state batteries will be here next year"; for the past 15 years. If it was truly scalable; Wall Street would be abuzz and this would be the next hot stock to BUY......

    So, how does some startup company suddenly come out with affordable solid-state batteries after the major battery manufacturers have tried for decades?

    On the other hand, it looks like they might actually be legit. But it also looks like they haven't figured out how to scale the production. These will likely be a small supply that will end up being very expensive as there will be way more demand than supply.

    Ignore any and all battery news and never invest in a battery stock.

    Thomas Edison once said it best:

    “The storage battery is, in my opinion, a catchpenny, a sensation, a mechanism for swindling the public by stock companies… Just as soon as a man gets working on the secondary battery [rechargeable battery], it brings out his latent capacity for lying [expressing frustration with public hype and bad science].”
