After realizing this we opened up the HV battery cleaned the boss bars and the nuts boxed it up. But still the energy flow arrows were not showing after driving it for 30 km intense driving and error code or there is a cable which is not connected at the 12th volts battery. It's a blue and paper cable.
I'm not sure what you're saying here? Did you have a warning light with an error code or not? And if you did what is the error code? Also disconnecting the 12v battery for a minute will do a factory reset on your car and its the easiest way to fix a glitch like this.
His 12V battery harness is broken partially, which is probably what's causing missing data (I don't even know how) that is normally fed to the energy monitor.
l did the reset by disconnecting 12 v batterry but the arrows still not showing.after speeding with aircon on it gave an error code P0A80.

When you get a P0A80 code the computers shut down the hybrid systems so I'm pretty sure the screen would show no arrows when that happens. Apologies for not being more clear, I thought you had no arrows and no error codes at the same time.
So car drives normally with no arrows? Or does car lack power and driving slow because its running on gas engine only?
It can't run normally on engine only, so they call it limp mode and hyrbid system isn't entirely shut down, but put in safe mode.
Yes it drives normally with no arrows but it doesn't charge to the point of have green leaves icons.only after the code appears does it runs on engine continuously.The code appears when car much energy is demanded like speeding 0 to 80miles in seconds and turning on aircon while driving
That's not a report specific to error codes for hybrid cars so you need a better code reader / service. Put clearly P0A80 is the primary code for when the computers shut down the hybrid system and trigger limp mode. So you do have an error code that explains why there's no arrows and now you need to find out what the sub-codes are so we can get more details about what's wrong with your hybrid battery pack.
