You're so stupid and pathetic to announce to people that you're part of a death cult that no longer knows fact from fiction... Putting you on the ignore list so I don't have to look at your pathetic brain dead garbage ever again!
If Minnesota charges the perpetrators with murder, each and every Federal official withholding evidence can be charged as accessories after the fact or for obstruction of justice under state charges. Any conviction cannot be pardoned by Trunk. The statute of limitation for murder is forever. The only escape is death.
And the state officials get charged with obstructing federal law and the federal constitution says federal law overrides state law.
You fail to understand the 10th Amendment. It's the principle of "jus soli." The sovereignty of murder stays with the state. Even if the case is moved to Federal Court, the state will prosecute the case, Only the courthouse, the judge and jury selection pool changes.it would be at the Federal Courthouse in Minnesota.
Minnesota Governor is promising to work with other states on a truth and reconciliation commission for what ICE is doing and there are thousands of ICE employees in the not too distant future when the current regime is no longer in power who are going to be facing 10 years to life based on what they are doing every day right now as we speak. A state led proceeding into this matter will spend tens of millions of dollars detailing every victim and what each and every ICE criminal did to them. What's more, from a legal and constitutional view the states rule of law precedes the rule of law at the federal level. It doesn't work the other way around and the long term negative consequences to the boot lickers cheering this on are gonna be massive! Its the states that give the federal government their power. It doesn't work the other way around!
Yeah, it's called state's rights established under the 10th Amendment to the Constitution. Federal Law only kicks in if the defendant cannot get a fair trial. Given to the widespread news on this issue, even a change of venue will not likely be granted.
Well, there is that second paragraph of article VI to consider. And consider it the administration surely will, so judges will have to also.
They do seem to be challenging the notion of federal preemption. Don't get me wrong! I do like me some people who a challenge a federal government run amok, ESPECIALLY since I'm more than COVID years old...
