I have Prius 2019 A touring Japan one with 17inch Rim
I drive in Bangladesh heavy Jam and I get 56 MPG combined according to the lifetime run of 53K KMs

    BTW, I have ZVW51 chassis

    Is this fine?

It depends on how much of that is all EV driving.
Mine is around 83 mpg and has been as high as 102 when I was still commuting to work - 15 miles one way. obviously I could've charged on both ends and not use any gasoline at all. I usually fill-up at least once a month, but I don't sit in traffic either.

    YMMV

Excellent if you don’t plug in

Your bio suggest it's a PHEV; that is the "Prime" designation used here in the States that it's a plug-in. As opposed to a standard non-plug-in Prius. Toyota's current designation has dropped the "Prime" designation all together and simply call them PHEV. A premium package would be known as a Touring or XLE package on this side of the pond. NOT a Prime.

Run a couple of tankfuls of gas and do a manual calculation to get your average fuel consumption. It's different for everyone, depending on terrain, traffic, weather, tire inflation pressures, condition of the roads you travel on; and AC usage.

4.2L/100km? (23.8km/L). That’s fantastic in heavy traffic. Usually get that in normal traffic (which I guess would be considered light in your area haha). In light traffic, (morning or late evening), I can drop it below 4L/100km.
