In a Reddit thread today, an owner of a 2017 Prius says he was thankful that his seats folded flat. My 2019 does not do this..
Is it the trim level that dictates seat style and length? I'd love for my seats to fold flat, but I have yet to find a way to make this a reality. Pulling all the headrests off and sliding the front seat forward, the tilt mechanism will not match the height of the rear seat (folded forward).

The other item I wasn't expecting, what is that the under hatch platform seems to be a significantly lower than the rear seats when they are folded flat. It's almost like I need a 2 inch dense foam pad to even the height.

I'm not sure about the front, but the hatch floor got some different configurations based on model and spare tyre

My mind is still stuck in Gen 2 experience.

I think if you've got the spare the hatch floor is raised more, "leveler" but not perfect, say like the Matrix of yore.

    (Hmm, that's kinda poetic)
