I know I am late to start this thread since Toyota already has had a few sales this year, but today is the last day for the most recent sale event of 25% off and free shipping of $75 or more orders. This current sales ends tonight at 2AM EST. Not all Toyota dealers are offering this April Sale. World Toyota, Genuine Toyota Parts and Accessories: Official Online Store World Toyota, is offering motor oil at the discount and also available for the free shipping deal unlike some online dealers that only offer in store pickup of motor oil. Example: (18) quarts of 0w-16 for a total of $80.89 ($4.49 per quart). I will try to keep this thread up to date for any holiday sales through out the year.
Dealers in the US SE (Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina) seem to have this 25% off sale quite regularly (maybe every couple of months or so?). I believe there is a different distributor in that part of the US. The rest of the country has to wait for Memorial Day, Labor Day, Black Friday, etc. The free shipping for orders $75 and above is eveywhere, everyday, I think.
That's really good to know. I've been tracking the sales for the regular dealer network, but I didn't realize the Southeast network was running their own sales. The only 25% off sale for the regular network is for Black Friday, so it's nice to know you can get 25% off at other times of the year.
Some nationwide sales can be 35% on top of their already discounted prices. Only a few do the free shipping over $75. Some local dealers with online parts may have free ship to store. A few months ago a gen2 brake booster was purchased for $500 total shipped to his door.
??? All dealerships that are part of the official autoparts.toyota.com network offer the free shipping. Free Shipping But I'd like to know where/when you saw a 35% off. I'd add that to my list of sales.
When the guy got a brake booster for $500 total it had a 35% sale plus normal discount. I believe it was the new years sale. Not autoparts.toyota. I go directly to each dealer's site and often find widely varying prices even during a sale. Some with some without free shipping. Some with no tax. You have to compare in the cart not at the product page. The $500 brake booster was from Hoover Toyota.
So you're talking about the gen2 Brake Actuator Assembly with Resistor that has a current MSRP of $1,767.49?* I wonder if that was an aftermarket version of the part? Hoover Toyota is part of the autoparts.toyota.com network** and their standard discount on that part is currently 19.51% for a pre-sale price of $1,422.65. (strangely, the best discount I can find on that particular part is 19.51%; usually you find a ton of variety from over MSRP all the way up to 30.87%-off) Even with a 35%-off sale on top of that, you'd only be looking at $924.72 from Hoover. I have a hard time believing someone got a new OEM unit from a dealership for barely half of that. I'm not doubting that you read a post saying that; I'm just wondering if something was lost in repetition. I'm only going this deep because I'm always searching for the best(cheapest) places to get genuine OEM parts. I thought places like Lewis Toyota and Premier Auto Plex Toyota were about as good as you got(30.87%), but getting more regular 25%-off sales from SET dealerships on top of that 30.87% has me questioning that(especially if one is at the beginning of April when I do my bigger annual service). A place giving a 70%-off discount would obviously be at the top of any list, but I think you can see why I'm a little doubtful. *44500-47141(2003-2005) or 44500-47091(2005-2009) - same MSRP for both **Brake Actuator Assembly with Resistor #44500-47091 | Autoparts.toyota.com
You can go to the main, Toyota USA website, then link to your nearby dealership. Entering your zip code will show close-by to you dealership links. If I enter a Blaine, WA zip code (close to me), I get this as nearest: Genuine Toyota Parts and Accessories: Official Online Store Foothills Toyota
@bob12345 I've been working the same angle for parts on my other Toyota (MR2) for some time now. These 3 dealers that tend to have their own discounts alongside national discounts. Not all dealers offer free shipping, and the discounts don't show up until the final checkout page. Usually one these three dealers has the best final price: https://autoparts.sparkstoyota.com https://autoparts.daytonatoyota.com https://autoparts.toyotaofdecatur.com
Oh, PN 47050-47140. Yeah, that's easy to find under $500. Depending on the time of year, I could find that for as low as $428.88 to the doorstep. MSRP of $827.10 dozens of dealerships have it everyday for $571.84 (30.86% off) grab it during a 25% off sale and you're at $428.88 all those dealerships will have free shipping order from a dealership in a different state than you and they won't add sales tax
I think I could have gotten that order for $66.31 a few days ago during the 25% off SET(Southeast Toyota) sale or during Black Friday last Nov/Dec. Don't waste time entering in your entire order. Pick one of the more expensive part numbers in your order and do a ctrl-c to copy it to your clipboard. Go to autoparts.toyota.com and enter your zip code to find dealerships sorted by distance to you. If you live in a very populated state, maybe pick a zip code in a neighboring state because you don't want a dealership in your own state for the best deal. (the software doesn't add sales tax if the shipping address and the dealership are in different states) Then check many many many dealerships from the list. I will often check 25-50 dealerships. It used to be easier because I could open each dealership in it's own tab(I'd do batches of 15-20 at a time), but the most recent software update to the website broke that. Use ctrl-v to paste the saved part number into the search bar and click the result. All the MSRPs will be the same since they're all using the same back end software, so just look at the discount percent. You're looking for something between 30% and 31% to find the dealership with the best deals. 30.86-7% is the most common. Find and note a few of these dealerships(I normally do 3-5). Only then input your entire order to each of those best sites. Occasionally I find a dealership might not have the same discount on every part. I figure it's just a database error. Checking multiple dealerships with the best normal discounts catches that. This is what I could find today from autoparts.bevsmithtoyota.com (an SET dealership). A few days ago, there would have been an additional $22.10 off the total as part of the sale to bring the final number to $66.31. Because the order is above $75 before the final sale discount, it still would have qualified for free shipping.
2026 Memorial day sale has started. 15% off May 18 - May 26th Appears to apply to most nation wide dealers. Genuine Toyota Parts and Accessories: Official Online Store | Autoparts.toyota.com
This is disappointing me as I look for Gen 3 front brake pads (04465-47070).... It looks like you have to create an account and sign in at autoparts.toyota.com, and then choose one of the dealers that website shows you. In a plain web search, I can find lots of Toyota dealers that will sell these pads online at a discount. But so far, among the dealers I can check from autoparts.toyota.com, it looks like they all are showing MSRP. They also don't show the "additional discount applied at checkout" notation. I can look for some other parts and they will show both a dealer discount and the "additional discount applied at checkout" note. But not these pads. So far, using the dealer search at that site, I don't find any of the dealers I can find with a general web search that offer the pads at discount. The Memorial Day sale fine print says "Only valid at participating Toyota Parts Center Online (TPCO) dealers ....". So what's the story? You can get pads at the "participating TPCO" dealers, but only for full price? Or you can get them at other, non-participating dealers, at whatever usual discount those dealers offer?
First off, you probably already have an account. The autoparts.toyota.com network is part of Toyota, so you use your Toyota login info. Second, you do have to choose one of the dealers within the autoparts.toyota.com network, but there are hundreds of them. Just find one that offers 30.86%* off as a standard discount and remember it. You might have to search through 20-40 of them, but you'll find some eventually. I always suggest finding one that's not in your state unless you want to pay sales tax. You also want to always order at least $75 worth of stuff after the dealer discount but before any nationwide sales are applied. That will get you up to $200 of free shipping. I generally use wiper inserts or oil pan gaskets to get me over the top if I'm close. Here are a couple midwestern dealers that typically have the best discounts. You probably have others closer to you. autoparts.lewistoyota.com (Topeka, KS) autoparts.premierautoplex.com (North Platte, NE) I'm seeing $62.08** for that brake pad kit after all discounts. You'd be about $2 short of free shipping, so I'd suggest adding the shim kit or also get the rotors for a full brake job. *Looks like 30.11% off is the best you can do with that brake pad kit. Sometimes that happens. Usually it's 30.86% or 30.87%, but occasionally it's higher or lower for some parts. **$104.50 MSRP. $73.03 after dealer discount. $62.08 after Memorial Day sale.
Yeah, I guess creating an account collided with a toyotaowners account that I created years ago and signed into once and said "meh" when I understood how little it did and how any repair records I entered there would be for my eyes only. Thank you for suggesting a couple. If I had to search through that many I'd wonder if the discount was worth it. My state has a use tax for things that didn't have sales tax collected by the seller. It's the same 7% as the sales tax, so for my filing purposes it's actually easier when the seller collects it. In recent years I've found filing much easier because so many online sellers handle the state taxes now. I think I only had to handle one or two exceptions last year.
