I think it’s a fuse, but I’m not sure.

    Hello all,

    These are the symptoms:

    1. The daytime running lights turn on intermittently when I turn the headlight switch to that option.

    2. The non-driver side windshield washer nozzle does not work, and I’ve already tried to declog it to see if that was the issue. And it was not. The driver side works just fine.

2a. When I pulled out the fuse that is connected to the windshield washer motor, some white dust came out. And there was white dust on the fuse. I could not tell if the fuse was still intact.

    3. Now, the rear windshield washer nozzle doesn’t work either.

Do you all think all these things are related to the same issue? What do you all think my next step(s) should be to troubleshoot this issue?

    Thank you and regards,

#1: I believe that is what is supposed to happen.
#2 & 2a: Since the drivers side works, it's obviously not the motor.
Either the hose is cracked, or the "splitter" is clogged, and/or nozzle
The splitter is a common issue
#3: Is the motor running for the rear washer? If it is, again, check for a clogged
    nozzle, or cracked hose.

It is possible the motor is clogged up, even if it is running.
Pull the hose off the 2 none working nozzle and see if the fluid is getting to them.

In fairness, it's only obvious to someone who knows there's just one motor for the fronts.
