    I've been scooting around a good bit for work lately. On Monday in Michigan, I saw a large red dog splattered across an on-ramp, in addition to various deer, possums, raccoons and kittens.

    Yesterday in Pennsylvania, I saw a calf, as in baby cow hooves to the sky on the shoulder. Later in New Jersey I spotted a young black bear dead in the median strip.

    This morning in Connecticut, a deer very nearly joined this club by way of my rental car bumper.

    Coolest car I've seen lately was a white Toyota Cressida with a flawless exterior, at the body shop next door to the rental place.

    today: audi R8, i'm a sucker for finding the exotic, best loved from afar though - that V8 is unreliable and terrible to work on plus it's in the middle of the car.

    a couple weeks ago i saw a CNG Civic (mid-2000s era), didn't even know those were produced

    I saw a Crown in person for the first time in my lifetime. It didn't look as SUV styled as the press makes it out. At first glance I mistook it for a Prius. Parked next to my Avalon I can see a resemblance.

    The wagon(Signia?) or the sedan(just Crown in the US)?
    The wagon(Estate in Japan) looks similar to the previous generation Outback.
    The sedan(Crossover in Japan) looks much like other Toyota sedans. It is lifted for more ground clearance.
    There is a true sedan and hatchback in other markets.

    1982 Volkswagen Camper in excellent condition, on I-476 in Pennsylvania this afternoon.

    I was riding in an uber, my first trip in a Kia EV9. Once again, poor rear seat comfort, really seems to be a theme in EVs. The floor is just so high relative to the level of the seat. Very little toeroom and the thigh support is just poor.

    My uneducated guess is the sedan. It looked a lot like the Avalon, which is also a sedan.

    Saw a brand-new Ruby Red 2026 Rav4 XLE Hybrid in the parking lot...had to stop and admire here....NICE looking SUV! I can see why they are so popular.

    Those must be the ones made by Oshkosh. Quite the snafubar when they decided to only build something like 10% as EVs. All of the different environmentalist groups came out of the woodwork to sue until they decided to build a higher %.
    The notion that so many gassers would keep the initial manufacturing costs down never seemed to take into account the lower maintenance cost if more were electric.

    late 1980s Toyota Corolla wagon, seen driving in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle this morning.

    It was in rough shape but still good to see it out and about. So much utility in a tiny package.
