What is your opinion of dealers in Phoenix metro area?

    I am trying to pick the "right" dealer to do my routine service on my '05 Prius. Comments both good and bad with reasons would be appreciated.

    Don't have anything to add, but I'm looking forward to the responses - I've just moved to the area and have the local choice of the Toyota Dealer in Peoria near where I'm living, or in Scottsdale, where I'm working.

    Hi Rick;
    This is kenny yorur neighbor over here in SCW, just wondering if i can meet up with you sometime, I still need to mount my horn and would like to see how you did your on your2010.

    I too am looking forward to any responses with the names of possible repair/maintenance shops for the Prius. I am using Right Toyota now until my 2008 reaches the 3-year mark. I have no complaints about their Service Department, although I had a horrendous experience with their sales department some years ago. Later, when I bought my Prius, I felt I was treated very respectfully by a woman fleet person. The Service Department has always been fine, although fortunately I've never had any serious problems.
