I am a realtor and want a custom plate that references realtor, home, selling, etc., but also want to combine that with the environmental aspect (green, CO2, MPG, etc.). Lots of great ideas in this thread!

Does anyone have any ideas for something like this ? Our alternative fuel plates are limited to 7 letters. Here are some ideas I had, but nothing really jumps out at me:

    GRNRLTR
REALMPG (kind of a stretch for realtor)
    MPGRLTR

I'm new to this hybrid stuff, and want to make a cool statement while also promoting myself as a realtor. Any help would be appreciated -- I'm just out of ideas! LOL... thanks! :)

Well they turned down my first choice for a plate. :(

So I went with this one. I'm sure this will make it through but now only other eco nerds like me will understand it.

Out of curiosity.... what does the symbol to the left of the actual license plate numbers mean? I tried looking it up on the DMV site without success. Thanks :)

    found it!!!! Press Photographer.... cool!

Just ordered my vanity plates here in Illinois - got my first choice, too.
A gentle message to everyone out there who isn't paying attention to the environment... or just the road!

I had a random plate on my old Ford Ranger that said HUG30X. That plate got lots of attention wherever I went. I wish I could have kept it, but after five years registration the state of FL sent me a new random one :( I still have one of those plates in my room.

The final touch occurred to me only after I had the plates for a while:

we always make a joke about putting our names on the plates because we saw a lancer evo on the 605 fwy and it has EVO Rob on it

I told hubby how about K8s Pri he said no because evo rob would get jealous. he said he like fystik8 better

We finally got our vanity plates last month, and have been enjoying the thumbs-ups from bikers, and pointing and laughing I see at stop signs in my rear view mirror as people pull up behind us. I'm hoping I don't go outside and find that somebody has dragged their key up and down the side of the car, but I won't be shocked, either.

I've also attached a response tucked under my windshield wiper last week.

DAMNIT that tag is hillarious (KISSMYGAS), and I want one, but I'm in Florida too!!!! That's the funniest tag I've yet seen. I'm jealous.

    Possible vanity plates

I moved to Maryland and will be getting my first set of vanity plates for my Prius. I like lots of the ones here, esp. CUT CO2, 55/53 MPG and KIKNGAS, and will add some of those to the potential list, but my list also includes:

    CLNRAIR
    NRGSCTY
    ECOFRND
    GBLWRMG

    Cheers!

Because I'm a mathematician by schooling and a teacher by trade, I use the following license plate on my Prius:

My Mustang is sort of the exact inverse of my Prius, and I drive it when (A) I have the money for gas at 3 mpg and (B) I need to feel better by turning the Earth a little bit / putting some road under me. It's not a daily driver, but it's fun on occasion.
