Hey everyone,
I just noticed something. There's a few threads in which several posts indicate: "Last edited by TonyPSchaefer : Today at 08:50 PM." Well, the time varies, of course.

You might have noticed that the quoting codes are different with the new software. This has messed up some of the quoted posts. So every once and a while, when I have time, I fix the quote code to make it look better. So if you see that your post indicates that I edited it, it was probably just to clean up the quote.

I thought I was getting in and out cleanly but this new software also indicates edits. Looks like I would make a terrible burglar.

 

Well, given the current events, that's exactly why I wanted to make it very clear what I'm doing. No surprises.

In fact, here's something everyone can do to their own posts:

Here's the previous format for quoting:
(because the compiler kept converting the code into actual quotes, I had to replace the [ and ] with { and }.

The one thing that strikes me as odd is that errant [/b] tag that's in every one. Really odd. But you can see that the quoting code is much streamlined now. The bits and pieces are in the same order, so it's just a matter of replacing and deleting stuff inserting a bracket and a semicolon.

So if you want, you can make the changes to your own posts when you stumble upon one.
