My only words for this are: AWESOME. I absolutely adore it. I took two pics at the dealership before I took it out on the snowy and salty roads. It's so neat to hear the engine turn off at a stop. Anyway, I managed to bluetooth the phone even while not in park, is this some sort of new feature? I was able to dial the phone. Strange. Also, I have to bring it back on Tuesday because the SKS isn't working 100%. I can't start the car with the key in my pocket, but I can unlock the doors by touching the handle. Other than that, it's perfect and I LOVE it.

Beautiful. Time to block the grille :p

Wow, that's nice of the dealer to refund the 1% GST.

Did you try putting the key in the cupholder (to make sure it's not interfering with something in your pocket?)

Yeah, I'm going to have to raid my dad's garage and workshop to see if he has any pipe insulation kicking around. What's the standard width that people use? I suppose I could just search though. ;-)

As for the key, turns out I just needed to press the "key" button that was under the steering wheel. I love simple solutions.

Right on!! So happy you've finally driven your own Prius! Amazing, isn't it? I'm still finding excuses to drive places.

    Congratulations! :)

the KEY button disables the Smart Key Function on the door though so I don't know how you were able to touch the door handles to unlock the doors even though the button disabled SKS.

Hmm.. I forgot my diameter.. is it ½" or 1½" lol.
