    Hi there,

I have a 2007 Prius w/ standard NAV (no GPS, etc.), not bluetooth enabled, with a factory radio. I located the AUX input. I would like to listen to my Ipod throuogh Bluetooth with a Bluetooth emettor. Is there a solution for:

    1) make the Prius bluetooth enabled

    or

    2) plug a bluetooth receptor to the AUX input.

I saw that scosche is providing a solution for 2) but it looks like it's for after-market radio.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance

    Not that I know of.

What's wrong with plugging the iPod into the AUX Input (other than no steering wheel/radio control over the iPod)?

I mean, Ford has the "SYNC" system which is basically what you want. Don't know any other company that has that feature to be honest.

As I need to get in and out of my car very often in a day, I'd like to keep the Ipod in me (in my coat pocket) and would like to avoid having to plug/un-plug it from the AUX each time.

ahh.. makes sense lol. Yeah, unfortunately there isn't any.

You could get an iPod integration kit that comes with a dock so you just dock your iPod and take it out when you leave (usually the dock is mounted on the vent but I suppose you can mount it anywhere you find convenient)
