    Ah, to live in the USA. You give people money to replace their cars. You even get more if you wanna buy a hybrid...up to $3500, but only in Texas. COOL

    We did something similar with our minibus taxi fleets in SA, but not because they were dirty no, but because they were dangerous old death traps. If you don't know what a minibus taxi is...

    Yeah here in Canada, we get an "EcoAuto" rebate. You get a fixed amount regardless of how much GST you pay so in some cases, you actually get money paid to you.
