It may or may not fit the Prius. Your best bet is to email the business or a quick phone call will give you assurance.

I just emailed them to see if they will fit in the Prius. I also suggested that if they do they should contact the Prius Store and have them added as an item for sale. Hope it works out for all of us!

martinisaacanywhere: Are you not worried about getting spammed to death, using an email address for a user name? With all of the web crawlers out there, it's likely to happen.

Good idea to change it, I figured you didn't know. Just a heads-up.

How interesting; I just received an email from Shirley at QM Lighting saying their product won't work in a Prius!

    Green glare on windsheild

    Hi everyone,
Here is my problem. When I drive at night the glare from the instrument panel shines on the dash then is cast as a green bar on my windshield. I am only 5' tall so this green glare on the windshield is directly in my line of vision. Very distracting and makes night driving hard for me. Am I the only one who has this problem? Any ideas on how to eliminate the glare? Help! Other than that I love my Prius.

My only suggestion is to turn the brightness of the display all the way down.

Put some dull black material on the dash, just behind the window where the display shines up to the viewing mirror. Someone else here used tape, then folded it up an inch or so. Between that and turning down the brightness of the display, the glare can be eliminate.

Actually, the display is buried in the top of the DASH and it is a REFLECTION you see on the instrument panel. All the "idiot lights" are in the instrument panel also. If you want you could make a "hood" similar to the ones for the MFD that would come back far enough to cover the light escaping up to the window, but high enough for it all to still work as intended. Just use some velcro or tape to hold a chunk of black cardboard or construction paper there for now to see if it works, and then think of a way to make it nice and blend in with the dash nicely.
Be sure to let us know how it works out for you. You are not the first to complain about the "green glare."

    Hope this helps!

I went with the "adding material to close the opening" method. I suggest you go to http://priuschat.com/forums/prius-main-forum/35892-glare-windshield-night.html and see the discussion there.
