Its been in the news lately .I think it went for 1/4 of its value and the rest was thrown in.

 

Its name implies a down market.Quite fitting.

Its not the buildings that make this location interesting, but the equines running between them. I wish the Googlemaps picture had been better.

Tramp! We don't usually post a new location until someone guesses the last one and the new location usually comes from the one that guessed correctly. No one had yet guesses that my grainy location was the largest equine statues in the world in Irving, Texas. They are called the Mustangs of Colinas and are very beautiful. Look them up if you get a chance.

The site has been too slow or my hints were very bad so I yield the location to you. If the Ferrari test site outside Bologna, Italy didn't have so many curves I woould have gussed that to be your location.
