Changing to Metric

    Did you get an answer to your question yet?
    I jsut purchased 08 Prius from US, need to change consumpution to L/100Km. No one seems to know how.

    I haven't seen anyone figure this out. My guess is there's no hardware or software switch -- they just have different firmware for different regions.

    a lot of time have passed and maybe somebody figured it out how to change data into metric? Today I had an interesting situation. Started my 08 Prius and the temperature was shown in celsius. But sadly after some minutes it started to show in F again.

    I am not aware of any way to change this, I gave up looking. What I did to get around this was to purchase the ScanGauge II and set this to collect data as metric so I can track my KM's travelled adn L/100km as well as MPG.
    Oddly enought the NAV does convert to KM's but not the consumpution or odometer.
